President of Alpha Risk Services, Inc., has dedicated his career to helping real estate companies reduce insurance premiums, safeguard and mitigate costly areas of risk and safety that can financially cripple a company when not properly managed.

Mark began his career in 1981 at Trammell Crow Residential as Director of Risk Management for seventeen years. He was responsible for purchasing insurance for the properties, loss prevention, claim management and contractual risk transfer. During his tenure, he worked with the operations and developed risk management policies and procedures for on-site associates.

In 1997, Mark Sr. formed Alpha Risk Services, Inc., and since then has continued to work with the other real estate clients that have enterprise-wide insurance and risk management needs. Mark has served s advisor to the National Multi-Housing Counsel (NHMC) and Atlanta Apartment Association. He is a past Co-Chairman of the NAREIT Insurance Committee.
